The Journey Begins….again.

Thanks for joining me!  I am so thrilled to share my baking with you.  It’s a love and a passion that I have, spanning nearly 5 decades.  Over the course of my career, there have been many, many happy successes, and some failures, that I’ll admit to.  But every day in my kitchen is an adventure which has the potential for wonderfulness.  It is this opportunity I embrace, knowing that given the right attitude and the best ingredients, special, delicious confections can be created and shared with those we love.  It is art you can eat.  What else do you want?

Baking may be regarded as a science, but it’s the chemistry between the ingredients and the cook that gives desserts life. Baking is done out of love, to share with family and friends, to see them smile.
