Chef, Victoria Queen, has a love for creating delicious and beautiful food. This love began as a young girl, and was nurtured and cultivated in a large Italian-Swedish family. It seemed, there was always an occasion, a wedding, the holidays, or someone’s birthday which warranted a special dessert. Victoria happily accommodated the need and gave reason for extra celebration as the special dessert was thoroughly enjoyed.

Today, Victoria brings her amazing cakes, cookies and award winning pies to residents lucky to live in South Dakota. She uses enhanced techniques, and the best high quality ingredients to create perfection for your pallet and your eyes.
